Information and purposes
We use contact/account details, purchases, bookings, course activity and submissions, inquiries, and information you choose to share in coaching to deliver services, schedule sessions, support learners, maintain records, process payments and refunds, and protect the service. Please avoid submitting passwords, unnecessary sensitive health information, or confidential information belonging to others.
Coaching recordings and notes
Plaud is our primary recording, transcription and note-taking tool. The video meeting application used for a session may also provide these functions. These providers process session audio and conversation content to create recordings, transcripts and notes. Before recording or automatic transcription, we will explain its purpose and obtain required consent. You may decline recording and automatic transcription and still receive coaching. This is our policy commitment; it is not a claim about automatic technical controls.
Access and use
Tiffany alone accesses the coaching records she maintains and does not give them to other people. Service providers may process information as needed to deliver their services, and disclosure may be required by law. Tiffany does not use or share identifiable client coaching information for marketing, advertising or analytics. Identifying details are redacted when information is prepared for use outside the client record; redaction is not a guarantee of irreversible anonymity. We do not separately submit identifiable client information to general-purpose AI tools; the recording and note-taking processing described above still applies.
Service providers and website data
Graphy hosts the website and learning services. Stripe processes payments; Affirm processes information when you choose its payment option. Plaud and the session's video meeting provider support recording and notes as described above. Providers may process technical, device, usage and cookie information to operate their services and may have independent processing purposes governed by their own policies. This notice does not assert that optional advertising or analytics integrations are installed. We do not promise particular provider storage locations, AI-training settings or backup deletion practices.
Retention
Our policy is to delete coaching session audio/video recordings and raw transcripts within 90 days of the session and retain derived coaching notes for two years after your last session. Relevant records may be retained longer when needed for applicable legal obligations, disputes or legal holds. Financial and tax records have separate retention obligations, which do not automatically require keeping coaching recordings. Other account, order and support records are retained as needed to deliver services and meet applicable obligations. These periods describe our business retention policy, not a claim that automatic deletion has been configured.
Your choices and requests
Contact changedrtiff@gmail.com to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or discuss recording choices. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, identity verification and any lawful need to retain records. Browser settings may offer cookie controls; restricting cookies may affect site functionality.
Security and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed secure. We may update this policy as our services or practices change and will update the date above.
