Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Request a full refund within seven days of purchase by emailing changedrtiff@gmail.com with your name, purchase email and order details.

Individual coaching

Cancel for a full refund or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled start. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed sessions are charged. Emergency exceptions may be considered individually.

Coaching packages

Unused sessions may be refunded at the amount paid for the package divided by its included session count. Completed sessions and sessions charged for late cancellation or nonattendance are deducted. Give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session without it being charged.

If we cancel

You may choose rescheduling or a refund for the affected session.

Refund method

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, including Affirm. We do not deduct payment processing fees from an approved refund. Your payment provider determines when funds appear; Affirm manages any financing adjustment under its terms.
